IoT Assignment Completed! Report on Barriers to U.S. IoT Adoption

The NIST IoT Advisory Board report identifies barriers to U.S. IoT adoption—including lack of trust, workforce shortages, supply chain vulnerabilities, privacy and cybersecurity concerns—and provides 104 recommendations across six themes (notably “Establish Trust” and “Fostering an IoT Ready Workforce”) to improve security, privacy, interoperability, and workforce readiness for IoT deployment.
