Two month "snowshoe" trek results

The report explains the rise of "snowshoe spam": spam sent from many small, often unallocated or lightly attributed IP ranges and rapidly changing domains (frequently registered via Whois-cloaking), which spreads sending volume across many hosts to evade reputation systems and filters. Although each IP sends modest volumes, collectively they produce large amounts of unsolicited mail and are increasingly difficult to detect and block.
