In late May 2009 some senders experienced intermittent mail rejections from Yahoo Mail that referenced Spamhaus PBL listings even though the senders' IPs were not listed; Yahoo investigated, deployed a patch on June 4, 2009 to address the spurious blocks, and later corrected two misconfigured mail servers identified as the root cause.
