Operation Endgame | Botnets disrupted after international action

Operation Endgame was a large multinational law enforcement operation that dismantled multiple criminal botnets (IcedID, Smokeloader, SystemBC, Pikabot, Trickbot and Bumblebee remnants) which had been spreading malware via hundreds of millions of phishing emails and enabling ransomware and financial fraud; the operation took offline over 100 servers, seized more than 2,000 domains, disinfected over 10,000 infected systems and identified ~€69M in cryptocurrency for seizure.
