Spammer Abuse of Free Google Services

Spamhaus reports a surge of spam that deliberately abuses Google services—including shared outbound servers, Gmail addresses and dropboxes, Google Groups, and Google Docs/Drive/Forms—to deliver unsolicited email, phishing and malware while hiding behind legitimate Google users and infrastructure; Spamhaus documents offenders (notably SyedsMarketing), shares malicious URIs and account lists with industry groups, and uses HBL/SBL/ROKSO resources to help mitigate the activity.
