Hudson Rock and Resecurity report that threat actor Brigada Cyber PMC exfiltrated and published roughly 7.4 million Paraguayan citizen records after gaining access through a RedLine infostealer that harvested credentials from a government employee tied to rve.mspbs.gov.py; the group attempted extortion ($1 per citizen) and released the data via torrent, producing a nationwide PII exposure with severe identity-fraud and privacy risks.
