Zynap Inside AI – Chapter 1: The Agentic Wave

Zynap’s COO describes building and rolling out an internal agentic AI framework that automates product definition, Jira ticketing, code planning and execution, GitLab merge requests, testing, MR reviews, and documentation, with an extensible model for adding new agents. The team primarily uses Claude Code while testing specialized LLMs per agent, and is extending the approach beyond engineering to sales, marketing, finance, and people operations to boost speed, quality, and flexibility.
