On 9 October CertiK reported an apparent exit scam by the Lucky Star Currency project: the owner (or a wallet controlling privileged contract functions) withdrew 3,095,977.40 LSC from two project contracts and swapped ~3,000,000 LSC for ~1.1M USDT (on-chain addresses include 0x9Ef72 and 0x23f8c), collapsing the token price by ~99%. CertiK notes centralized privileged functions enabled the drain and, absent convincing evidence of a compromise, continues to assess the incident as an exit scam.
