Loser Coin Incident Analysis

**Executive summary:** On May 14, 2022 an attacker used a flash loan to manipulate the PancakeSwap LP price feed for Loser Coin (LOWB), minted and burned LUSD against the skewed price, and extracted ~10,415 USDT (~37.89 BNB), affecting three users; the root cause was an oracle/design flaw where Pancake LP reserves were used directly for LUSD mint/burn pricing, and the project later redeployed contracts, compensated victims 1:1, and migrated to Ethereum.
