It highlights how RaaS, cryptocurrency, and safe-haven jurisdictions sustain ransomware, summarizes specific operations and arrests across multiple countries, notes fragmentation of the ransomware ecosystem with smaller groups filling vacuums, and assesses that while disruptions reduced overall attack volume, significant risk from remaining and emerging groups persists.
