Project ORBITAL is an OSINT intelligence matrix that aggregates public reporting to map and analyse Operational Relay Box (ORB) networks—botnets composed of compromised SOHO and IoT devices—used by multiple China-associated APTs; the report summarizes sources, visualisation findings (e.g., ASUS devices and LapDogs prominence), and notes shared ORB provisioning among groups such as APT15, UNC2630 and UNC5174 to help defenders hunt and disrupt this evasive infrastructure.
