Alleged Nemesis Market founder charged by federal grand jury with money laundering, drug distribution

U.S. authorities indicted Iranian national Behrouz Parsarad for founding and operating Nemesis Market, a large darknet marketplace that processed over 400,000 orders across 150,000 users and facilitated sales of fentanyl, other illicit drugs, stolen financial data, counterfeit documents, malware, and related services; servers were seized in a multinational takedown, Parsarad has been sanctioned and charged with drug distribution and money laundering and remains at large.
