Chinese hackers spent four years inside Asian telco’s networks

Sygnia disclosed that a China-linked APT called "Weaver Ant" compromised Zyxel home routers to infiltrate an unnamed Asian telecom, deploying China Chopper and other web shells plus ORB networks to maintain persistence and lateral movement for over four years, enabling prolonged espionage and sensitive data collection while evading detection.
