Ukraine's defense ministry launches military CERT to counter Russian cyberattacks

Ukraine’s defense ministry has established a dedicated incident response center (milCERT) to strengthen cyber defense of military and communications networks, citing recent campaigns targeting defense organizations by groups such as Vermin (Spectr malware) and Belarus-linked Ghostwriter; the center will cooperate with other Ukrainian cyber agencies and NATO partners to counter these threats.
