Rhode Island governor warns residents of cyberattack on state benefits system

Rhode Island announced an extortion attack against RIBridges, a Deloitte-managed benefits system, after Deloitte received extortion demands and later provided screenshots of allegedly stolen folders; state investigators subsequently found malicious files and shut the system.
