Teen who allegedly stole millions of personal data records arrested in Spain

Spanish authorities arrested a 19-year-old accused of accessing systems at multiple companies and stealing roughly 64 million personal records (national IDs, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and IBANs) which he allegedly sold on hacker forums; investigators traced accounts and pseudonyms used to advertise the databases and seized devices and hardware crypto wallets. Separately, Polish police arrested three Ukrainian men found with SIM cards, antennas, hard drives and a device for detecting hidden surveillance tools; they face charges including fraud, computer fraud and possession of tools intended for cybercrime.
