CSAM platform Kidflix shut down by international operation

Europol and partner agencies concluded a multi‑year international operation against Kidflix, a dark‑web CSAM platform, leading to 79 arrests from an identified list of 1,393 suspects, protection of 39 children, and seizure of servers containing roughly 72,000 videos (platform estimated to have hosted up to 91,000 unique videos). The platform operated via dark‑web access and cryptocurrency tokens, had as many as 1.8 million users between April 2022 and March 2025, and afforded users rewards for labeling content; authorities across 35 countries remain engaged and the investigation continues.
