Finnish intelligence warns of persistent cyber espionage from Russia, China

Finland’s Security and Intelligence Service (SUPO) warns that Russian and Chinese state intelligence continue sustained cyberespionage, traditional espionage and influence operations against Finland’s government, research institutions and technology sector; the assessment cites the Vastaamo patient-data breach, a parliament intrusion attributed to APT31, GPS interference incidents, and ongoing hybrid influence campaigns as examples of the persistent threat landscape.
