EU grants Ukraine access to cybersecurity reserve for major attacks

The European Commission approved Ukraine's participation in the EU Cybersecurity Reserve, a pool of EU-approved private cybersecurity companies managed by ENISA that can be rapidly deployed to support governments and critical infrastructure during large-scale cyber incidents. The reserve provides incident response, digital forensics, recovery support, system modernization assistance, and threat intelligence sharing; the relationship is reciprocal, reflecting deepening security cooperation between Ukraine and the EU as Kyiv advances toward EU accession.
