AnMed, a regional non-profit health system serving South Carolina and Georgia, reported a malware-related cybersecurity disruption that forced the closure of dozens of departments and caused phone and internet outages across its network of four hospitals and over 60 physician practices; urgent care remains open while imaging, OBGYN, primary care clinics, and medical group offices were closed.
