Nextron Systems and BETTA Security join forces to strengthen organizations’ resilience against cyberattacks

Nextron Systems announced at it-sa 2025 that it has acquired a majority stake in BETTA Security, strengthening their long-standing partnership to expand capabilities in automated forensic compromise assessments, advanced threat detection, and DFIR services. BETTA Security will continue building services around Nextron’s solutions, while Nextron’s clients gain access to BETTA’s managed services and consulting; BETTA’s managing directors retain significant shareholding.
