Janus: Listen to Your Logs

**Janus** is an operational analytics tool and framework that ingests and normalizes command-and-control (C2) task and result logs (from Mythic, Ghostwriter, Cobalt Strike, etc.) to surface recurring command failures, retries, timing issues, and operator workarounds; it provides analyzers, JSON outputs, and HTML reports to help operators, engineers, and leadership prioritize tooling fixes and automation. The document is a project overview/README with design, data model (task/result schemas), demo usage, and roadmap, not a report of a cyber incident.
