A Solana user lost $9,000 after clicking an Instagram ad that led to a fraudulent site which, using malicious JavaScript called SkyDrainer.js, tricked the user into approving a transaction and immediately drained the wallet. The report documents how operators advertise turnkey drainer kits on underground forums and Telegram bots — offering cloaking, fake UI prompts, and easy deployment — enabling widespread, low-effort attacks that have reportedly stolen millions and split proceeds between operators and affiliates.
