Nebula AI-Powered Penetration Testing Platform Automates Vulnerability Assessments

Nebula is an open-source CLI penetration-testing platform that integrates large language models (OpenAI, Llama-3, Mistral, etc.) via local (Ollama) or cloud backends to assist with reconnaissance, exploit ideation, automated note-taking, and documentation; it requires ~16GB RAM and Python 3.10–3.13.9, supports Docker, and can be extended alongside existing tools (Nmap, Metasploit). BerylliumSec also announced DAP, a neural-network-based malware analysis API aimed at detecting zero-day threats, and plans to develop domain-tuned models for offensive security workflows.
