Sleeping Bouncer Vulnerability Impacts Motherboards from Gigabyte, MSI, ASRock and ASUS

Riot Games researchers disclosed "Sleeping Bouncer," a critical pre-boot DMA/IOMMU initialization flaw in motherboards from ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI, and ASRock that can allow attackers to inject and hide malicious code during the earliest boot seconds before OS defenses activate; vendors have published BIOS updates and CVEs and Riot's Vanguard will block unpatched systems from competitive play.
