Freedom Mobile Data Breach Exposes Personal Information of Customers

**Freedom Mobile data breach:** On October 23, 2025 Freedom Mobile detected unauthorized access to its customer account management system originating from a compromised subcontractor account, exposing a limited number of customers' personal data (names, addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers, and account numbers); payment card data, passwords, and PINs were not affected and there is no evidence of misuse so far.
