Windows 11 Emergency Update to Fix ‘No Internet’ Sign-In Errors for OneDrive, Teams, and More

Microsoft released out-of-band update KB5085516 (March 21, 2026) for Windows 11 25H2 and 24H2 to fix a critical sign-in bug introduced by the March 10 update (KB5079473) that caused “no Internet” errors for personal Microsoft accounts, disrupting access to Teams Free, OneDrive, Edge, and Copilot; the cumulative patch also updates AI components and the servicing stack and is being pushed automatically through Windows Update with manual and enterprise deployment options available.
