Cisco Data Breach – Authenticity of 4.45GB Data Leak Confirmed

Cisco confirmed a 4.45GB data leak published by the threat actor IntelBroker that exposed Java binaries, source code, cloud server disk images, cryptographic signatures, and internal project archives from its DevHub platform as a result of a configuration error; Cisco says internal systems and enterprise environments were not compromised and no customer PII or financial data were exposed, and the company has corrected the misconfiguration, engaged law enforcement and forensic specialists, and implemented stronger controls.
