Chrome Security Update – Patch for Critical Vulnerabilities that Enables Remote Code Execution

Google released Chrome 143.0.7499.146/.147 to address two high-severity vulnerabilities—CVE-2025-14765 (Use-After-Free in WebGPU) and CVE-2025-14766 (Out-of-Bounds Read/Write in V8)—which could enable remote code execution or unauthorized memory access; updates are rolling out for Windows, macOS, and Linux and users and administrators are advised to apply the patch immediately.
