Cyberattackers stole Microlise staff data following DHL, Serco disruption

Microlise disclosed a network intrusion initially announced on October 31 that has disrupted services for major logistics customers and is suspected to be ransomware; investigations with third-party cybersecurity experts are ongoing. The company says customer systems data appears intact but some limited employee data was impacted, impacted individuals and authorities are being notified, and services are being restored with a return to normal expected within days.
