Microsoft's latest Patch Tuesday fixed a record-setting 622 CVEs across its products (plus 428 non-Microsoft Chromium CVEs for Edge), including multiple critical remote code execution and privilege-escalation flaws; two Microsoft vulnerabilities are reported as actively exploited and another is publicly disclosed. Adobe, Broadcom, SAP and others also released high-severity fixes (including CVSS 9.9 and 9.6 issues), and the report urges rapid patching given the scale and severity of the release.
