Cisco fixes WebEx flaw that allowed government, military meetings to be spied on

A predictable-ID and phone-join weakness in Cisco Webex Meetings let researchers enumerate meeting metadata and join calls, exposing details for thousands of government and private-sector meetings (including defense and Europol-related sessions). Cisco released a patch on May 28, notified affected customers, and is investigating; there is concern about possible but unproven malicious exploitation, with one earlier leak of Bundeswehr calls noted as potentially related.
