Separately, Europol dismantled the Tycoon2FA phishing-as-a-service platform (a major source of global phishing) and the LeakBase stolen-data marketplace; LastPass warned of a targeted phishing campaign, and a Russian affiliate of the Phobos ransomware operation pled guilty to managing a service that extorted over $39 million. Chainalysis also reported large cryptocurrency flows to sanctioned entities in 2025.
