Flu jab email mishap exposes hundreds of students' personal data

Tudor Grange school in Birmingham accidentally exposed a spreadsheet with personal data (student names, DOBs, gender, and parent contact numbers) for Years 7–11 via its Bromcom intranet; the file was visible for about nine minutes and the school has notified its data protection officer and asked recipients to delete the file.
