Criminals breached Infosys McCamish Systems in late October–early November, likely exfiltrating sensitive personal and financial information for roughly 28,268 Fidelity life insurance customers and previously 57,028 Bank of America customers (over 85,000 individuals total). Reported data types include names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank account and routing numbers, and credit/debit card numbers with access codes; LockBit has claimed responsibility and the intrusion disrupted affected firms' services, creating a high risk of financial fraud and identity theft.
