Qilin, a ransomware crew tied to multiple attacks on healthcare organizations, has claimed recent intrusions against Japan's Utsunomiya Central Clinic and a US women's health clinic, leaking samples of allegedly stolen patient data (reported totals ~140 GB and ~20 GB) and causing operational disruption; the gang is linked to a prior Synnovis/NHS pathology outage that impacted patient care.
