Sage Copilot grounded briefly to fix AI misbehavior

Sage temporarily suspended its Sage Copilot AI assistant after a customer query returned unrelated business information from other customer accounts. The issue affected a very small number of customers, was reported and verified, and Sage took the feature offline for a few hours to implement a fix; the company stated no invoices or GDPR-sensitive data were exposed.
