Stadler Rail said it refused a CHF 10 million ($12.3M) ransom after the Everest ransomware group accessed technical data through a supplier's data-exchange platform using compromised credentials; the company reports no security-relevant or personal data was stolen and no impact to trains or production, and Everest has not posted the data to its leak site.
