Apple announced broader access to its Private Cloud Compute (PCC) security evaluation program, publishing a Security Guide, a Virtual Research Environment, and open-sourcing components (CloudAttestation, Thimble with privatecloudcomputed, splunkloggingd, and srd_tools) to enable independent verification of PCC's design; the company also expanded its bug bounty with rewards up to $1,000,000 for critical remote code execution and additional payouts for data exfiltration and privileged-network attacks.
