Two alleged administrators of the Empire Market—Thomas Pavey (aka "Dopenugget") and Raheim Hamilton (aka "Sydney"/"Zero Angel")—have been detained for operating a Tor-accessible dark-web marketplace from 2018–2020 that allegedly facilitated roughly four million transactions totaling more than $430 million.
