Qualys introduces TruConfirm, an exposure validation capability within the Enterprise TruRisk Management (ETM) platform that safely tests real-world exploitability of detected exposures, enriches results with threat actor and malware context, and records control effectiveness to deliver evidence-based risk prioritization. Working with Qualys VMDR and third‑party scanners, and integrated with ETM features like TruLens threat intelligence and Agentic AI, TruConfirm elevates risk scores for confirmed exploitable issues and guides rapid remediation. The solution aims to reduce MTTR, focus resources on high-impact exposures, and provide proof-backed metrics for stakeholders, compliance, and decision-making.
