Social-Engineer Toolkit 0.7.1 minor update

This SVN changelog describes a minor update to an exploitation framework that adds support for using file-format exploits in a USB/DVD/CD infectious attack vector, Meterpreter SSL reverse payloads for client-side, fileformat and browser attacks, fixes to the utilprint fileformat exploit, and inclusion of a PDF-embedded executable fileformat exploit (no JavaScript). The changes enable non-executable attack delivery via removable media and improve stealth via SSL-based Meterpreter connections.
