This report details a technical proof-of-concept that weaponizes the Teensy USB HID device to deliver a Metasploit meterpreter reverse shell to Windows hosts through keyboard emulation and PowerShell encoded commands. It explains converting a packed executable to hex/base64, embedding the payload in Arduino/Teensy code (including examples), using an in-memory/ascii shellcode executor to avoid writing to disk, and augmenting the device with an SD card to expand payload capacity; the work was integrated into the Social-Engineer Toolkit (SET) and presented as part one of a two-part series.
