Multiple high-severity vulnerabilities were identified in Google Chrome across many subsystems (ANGLE, Skia, V8, PDFium, Media, GPU, Permissions, etc.), including heap buffer overflows, use-after-free, type confusion, out-of-bounds reads/writes, and policy enforcement issues (several CVE-2026-xxxx entries). Successful exploitation of the most severe issues could allow arbitrary code execution under the logged-on user and lead to installation of programs, data access/modification, or creation of accounts with elevated rights; no active exploitation is reported in this document.
