Attackers are using your network against you, according to Cloudflare

Cloudflare’s inaugural threat intelligence report warns that attackers are weaponizing cloud services, identities, and tokens to create “attack factories,” exploiting seams in interconnected everything-as-a-service environments; the report highlights platform abuse, identity-based attacks, and a large supply-chain compromise (Salesloft/Drift) that affected Cloudflare and over 700 companies, urging a shift from focusing on attacker sophistication to measuring attacker effectiveness.
