Check Point acquires threat intel company Cyberint

Check Point Software Technologies announced it will acquire Cyberint, a threat intelligence and attack surface management firm, folding its capabilities into Check Point’s SOC and expanding managed threat intelligence offerings; reports place the deal around $200 million and expect the acquisition to close by the end of 2024.
