Sources: DHS finalizing replacement for disbanded critical infrastructure security council 

DHS is preparing to launch the Alliance of National Councils for Homeland Operational Resilience (ANCHOR) to replace CIPAC, aiming to streamline and broaden public–private collaboration on critical infrastructure security, including cyber threats.
