DOJ sues Fulton County over 2020 voter data 

The U.S. Department of Justice is suing Fulton County, Georgia, and 17 other states (total 18) to compel production of voter registration and election records under the Civil Rights Act, NVRA, and HAVA, including a subpoena for 2020 election materials, amid investigations into potential violations and reported anomalies; according to the Brennan Center, DOJ has demanded data from at least 40 states, with most resisting full disclosure and only Indiana and Wyoming fully complying.
