Ukrainian authorities, supported by France and Europol, arrested the alleged administrator of XSS.is and seized the forum's domain after a four-year investigation; the forum — active since 2013 with over 50,000 users — allegedly facilitated stolen data, malware, access services and ransomware, generated more than $8.2M in advertising and facilitation fees, and is linked to other criminal infrastructure such as thesecure.biz.
