Department of Justice partners with Dutch police to break up HeartSender network

Authorities in the United States and the Netherlands dismantled Saim Raza (HeartSender), a Pakistan-based cybercrime network that developed and sold phishing kits, cookie grabbers, and infrastructure for mass phishing and credential theft. The operation seized 39 domains and servers and uncovered datasets containing millions of victim records (including ~100,000 Dutch credentials); the Department of Justice attributes over $3 million in victim losses to the group's tools and services.
